Administrator Workflow

Larger sites are often run by a team of designers, developers and authors. Keeping track of who has to do what, and when, is often managed offline. The Tribiq CMS Workflow Module aims to bring offline discussion and decision making back to the website itself.

The Workflow module allows site administrators to create and edit tasks on content items, which can then be assigned to any other administrator.

The appropriate administrators are then informed via the toolbar interface that Tasks are pending and they are also highlighted when they cross a page with an existing task.

Administrators can be informed by email if required. The Workflow module tracks tasks and allows the site administrators keep on top of development work by showing them where everything is along the path to completion.
