Structured Intranets
Surveys show that Intranets are growing rapidly and that typically they are more complicated in structure than websites or Extranets. The Tribiq CMS Framework is designed to also function as an intranet - both for small organizations and large enterprises.
An intranet can be designed to host a variety of applications (each of which would sit in a Tribiq CMS template in order to remain content managed) which provide your users with corporate information, client information, supplier information or even personal information.

Rather than being designed to fulfill a given range of functions like a website, an Intranet is designed around the structure of the company. This gives rise to a set of complications. For example, not all content should be available to all members of staff - HR content should be available to HR staff, Finance content available to Finance staff etc. Tribiq CMS has built in group security to allow for this.
By creating the approporiate groups and adding staff accounts to them, you can easily control access to content by company structure and/or staff function. To take a look at this powerful feature, please go to our online demo page.
