Advanced Search Engine

Tribiq CMS includes a built-in Advanced Search Engine. This helps your site visitors find appropriate content quickly. The Tribiq CMS search system indexes a range of information associated with each item of content as well as the entire body content of your items.

For content which is not pure HTML - such as Documents, or Hyperlinks - the search system still works. Any type of content can contain Metadata, so even if it's not appropriate to put "hot" words or phrases into the content itself, you are free to put them into the item's title, description or keywords.

The Tribiq CMS Search results system will automatically discover related content in each content type - not just HTML. The results for each content type are then grouped and displayed in a tabular format, increasing the amount of information available to the visitor whilst retaining a small space on the screen. This throughly streamlined interface is already included with Tribiq CMS.

Tribiq can also customize your CMS Search Engine to enhance it with type-ahead/predictive search - much like a search toolbar integrated with a web browser. This allows the system to quickly predict the search term for the user, improving the site experience for them.

Tribiq CMS also supports search caching.

Static Searching

Tribiq CMS is also compatible with Static Page Searching software. This means that Tribiq CMS supports the integration of existing HTML webpages into the CMS search results. This is incredibly useful for people who use a CMS to compliment a range of static websites.

Type-Ahead/Incremental Search

Tribiq CMS can also be integrated to work with a Type-Ahead search - a feature that is now becoming standard on websites which provide a great visitor experience. Type-ahead search (or incremental searching) allows the CMS to progressively search for results as the user types. This allows your site visitors to find the phrase or query they were looking for faster.
