Publishing & Version Control

Tribiq CMS provides the framework necessary to harness database-driven content and to take full control of your items. Tribiq CMS provides true full-featured, full-controlled content item management.

Tribiq CMS allows you to preview content before you publish it. Users can work privately on new material before making it live, they can hide content, and they can trash and recover it. Our system stores the history of every content item and you can see who edited each item and when. You can also categorize your content, making management and the displaying of grouped content easier.

Content can be time-limited; you can specify how long something should be live for, before you receive a reminder, or for it to be hidden or trashed. Selecting a previous version of a page (e.g the "Homepage" content from 2 months ago) is simply a mouse click away. Each content item displays a list of versions within the Tribiq CMS Admin Toolbar allowing for ultra fast routes to content recovery.

Pre-Publishing

You may have a circle of Authors, any of whom may write content for the site. And you require that content must be approved by one of a select group of people. Tribiq CMS is designed for exactly this scenario. When you set up an Administrator, you can give them Authoring rights, and/or Publishing rights.

Authors may save their work once they have finished writing a piece of content. They can then request approval from their Publisher, who will review the new content, make changes if need be (or even delete the page), and publish the page to the live site when they deem it suitable.

Statistics

Tribiq CMS also comes with a built-in statistics system. This can track both hits and visits to every single content item within your Tribiq-powered website. This makes it incredibly easy to see which are the more popular pages on your website (which may help for placing adverts, for example) and also to see which are the less popular pages (which you may choose to improve).

Statistics can then be viewed monthly or yearly, giving Site Administrators a clean view of how traffic is flowing throughout your website.

Audit Trails

In Tribiq CMS Pro, you can also monitor the actions of Site Administrators. This enables a clear picture of how a content item evolves by virtue of the actions commited on it.
