Intuitive Front-End Interfaces

Tribiq CMS employs front-end content management interfaces. This means that as a Site Administrator, it is not neccesary to go into a Control Panel to complete a simple task, such as adding a menu item. You can do it straight from a Content Item itself.

Utilizing a rich and interactive front-end GUI for Site Administrators overcomes the need to keep reloading pages every time a new request is made. Tribiq CMS avoids the jerky, non-intuitive feel of managing websites and replaces it with streamlined and intuitive interfaces.

Tribiq CMS is written to support Multiple Admin languages. Tribiq officially supports a basic set of Admin languages, but the addition of any other language is possible:

  • English (British)
  • English (US)
  • Español (Spanish)
  • Português (Portugese)
  • Tiếng Việt (Vietnemese)
  • Türkçe (Turkish)
  • Русский (Russian)

Improving Content Management

Problem: You want to be able to smartly manage the content of your website for ease of creating links or finding information. Trouble is, you don't have the ability to manage content items or web pages in the typical directory/file view.

The problem is that using a browser interface often takes a long time in replicating a folder-like interface due to continuous page refreshes and the hinderance of having to use checkboxes and submit buttons to make changes..

Solution: Tribiq CMS allows you to drag and drop content managed files and folders into and out of any content managed folder on your Tribiq CMS website within a user-friendly FTP-like interface. You can create, delete and rename folders plus preview an item's content, an item's author and both the date published and created.

Improving the Administrator Interface

Problem: You want to change the order of a set of featured items within your CMS, but it's taking ages because you have to update every shortcut and wait for a page refresh for every modification you make.

The problem is that the user may not want to edit the order of just one "shortcut" or "featured item"- they want to change a few of them around, taking even longer.

Solution: Using Tribiq CMS, you can simply pickup a featured item (called a Tribiq CMS "Shortcut") with your mouse and drop it between any other shortcut, thus creating a new order, without a page refresh. Just like dragging an item around your desktop.

This reduces the time and bandwidth spent waiting to confirm your CMS modifications. We've also implemented it into our Menu Management Panel - allowing you to drag and drop menu the order of each - both to and from a grandparent, a parent and a child level. This makes arranging your CMS navigation structure so much faster and easier.
