TribalCMS 5.0.3 introduced 3 new content types - News, Newsletter and Extranet (formerly a fixed page). The Shortcut system has been thoroughly improved with the addition of Cut, Copy and Paste - allowing you to grow your site more rapidly than ever.

• Shortcuts: Cut, Copy and Paste
  Copy a Shortcut, Paste it one or many times to other pages.
  Move a Shortcut using Cut & Paste.
  
  
• New Content Type: News
  HTML-based News Item with WYSIWYG editing.
  Can contain images, one of which is "sticky" for listing view.
  News Listings Template.
  News Listings Artifact - Embed the latest news items anywhere on your site.
  
  
• New Content Type: Newsletter & Archive
  Email a mailing list of Extranet Users.
  Newsletter is preserved as a Newsletter Archive on-site.
  
  
• Advertisements
  Install banner adverts as easy as a Shortcut (upload a new image or reuse an existing advert).

• Improvement to Extranet
  No longer a "fixed page", but an advanced HTML Content Type.
  (You can now add Shortcuts to Extranet Signup, Login and Lost Password pages, and it supports Content Version Control).
  
  
• Extranet Subscriptions*
  Time-based subscriptions to the Extranet, based on years, months or days.
  
  
• On-the-fly Thumbnail Creation
  for every content item with faithful image resizing according to constraints.
  
• Database-Managed Email Templates
  The database now holds the information a variety of Email Templates to be used in system-generated emails (such as Extranet Registration, Lost Password etc).
